Return and refund

You can return items purchased from Havok clothings website for any reason within 15 days after receiving the product.

Process to return the product to us:

1.   Pick up: We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

2.   Once the product is received at our warehouse and after the quality check, we will confirm that we have received your product and your refund will be processed.

3.   All refunds will be credited in your source account within 7-10 days from the time of order returned.

4.   If you have done online payment via any mode, the amount will be refunded to that source you have opted to do the payment.

5.   In case of Cash on Delivery, you will be requested for your bank account details in which you will be receiving the amount.

6.   Any product to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
